Meets 4th Tuesday of each month @ 5-6:30pm
The Drop LWOP Media/Comms team supports the coalition by developing and uplifting messaging that challenges false and harmful narratives about LWOP sentencing, centering the stories and perspectives of those most directly impacted.
We produce and publicize content via social media, multimedia, and traditional media platforms affirming that ending LWOP is necessary in order to eliminate all forms of death sentencing, mass incarceration, and to promote hope, safety, and healing in our communities.

Outreach
Meets 1st Monday of each month @ 5:30 – 6:30pm
The DROP LWOP Outreach committee seeks to educate people in California about Life Without the Possibility of Parole sentencing through connecting with organizations and individuals. We are eager to give educational presentations at community organizations, churches, schools and universities, in order to mobilize people into action to change California’s LWOP policies.
Additionally, this group works to keep organizations and individuals informed about Drop LWOP campaign actions.
